Jacqueline Fernandez was born in Manama and was raised by the multiracial, mixed-ethnic family. As a teenager, she played in national level badminton tournaments. She later resigned from the sport and became an artist. Padukone has Mangalorean roots and speaks Konkani as her native language. Padukone is a village located situated in Kundapura Taluk located in Udupi located in Karnataka State, India, is where her ancestry comes from. Prakash Padukone's father was an international badminton champion who retiring. The mother of the child is a traveling agent.
